Students at Lindell Elementary School in Long Beach delighted their family, friends and the school community at their Spring Concert on May 30. Members of the Fourth and Fifth Grade Orchestras performed a variety of selections under the guidance of Director Brianna Dixon. Among the many songs included, “A Mozart Melody,” “Hot Cross Buns” and “Sailing on the Bay.” The third grader Recorder Band under the director of Vanessa Krywe kept the audience moving while performing the following, “Salamander Step,” “Mi Gata Loca” and “My Blue Panda.” Under the direction of Naomi Marmol, the Fourth and Fifth Grade Bands performed a variety of numbers respectively including “Shine” and “Love Somebody”

The Fourth and Fifth Grade Chorus under the direction of Scott Scheinson closed the concert singing “Why We Sing.”
